Withdraw from the contract

If you bought as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving any reason. Fill in these details and press “Confirm withdrawal”: we will immediately email you an acknowledgement of receipt with what you told us and the date and time we received it.

What happens next

You have 14 calendar days to send the product back. You bear the cost of returning it, unless the product is faulty or is not what you ordered.

We refund everything you paid, shipping included, within 14 days, using the same means of payment.
