A small business in Madrid that prepares every LinkID by hand
LinkID sells NFC cards, tags, wristbands and stands: hold any phone near one and a page opens with the information its owner has chosen to show. Their emergency contacts, a pet's profile or a business's review form.
Who is behind it
LinkID is not a big company or a middleman reselling a generic product. It is a small business, registered as self-employed in Spain, that does all the work directly: the website, the shop, the profile that opens when you tap a phone, and preparing every order.
Every card is programmed and tested with a phone before it ships, to check it opens the page it should. If you have a problem with an order or your profile, you will hear back from the same person who prepared it.
Where we ship from
Orders ship from Madrid with Correos, by registered post with a tracking number, to any address in Spain. We email you the tracking number as soon as it leaves.
Shipping costs €3.95 for one unit and is free from 2. It usually arrives in 2 to 7 working days.
Why we do this
Because the information that matters at a bad moment is hardly ever where it is needed. An older person's contacts are on a locked phone; a dog owner's number is on a tag engraved years ago with a number that no longer exists; the link to leave a review is buried in a Google menu nobody finds.
LinkID puts that information one tap away from whoever is there, without them installing anything, and lets you keep it up to date from your phone without touching the card. It is a simple idea, and we want it to work with no small print.
How we work
No subscription
You pay for the product once. The profile works without a subscription.
You decide what is shown
Every field is optional and you can change or hide it whenever you like. If you lose a card, you deactivate it in one click.
Data in the EU
Profiles are stored encrypted on servers in the European Union, under the GDPR.
No promises we can't keep
A tag doesn't replace a microchip and a stand doesn't guarantee five stars. We tell you before you buy.
