This legal notice governs the use of the LinkID website (the "Site"), through which we offer information and sale of NFC cards and tags, and access to the profile configuration portal. Accessing and using the Site grants user status and implies acceptance of this legal notice.
3. Access and use conditions
Users agree to make appropriate and lawful use of the Site, in accordance with applicable law, this legal notice, and generally accepted standards of conduct. Use of the Site for unlawful purposes, or in ways that could cause harm or impair its normal operation, is prohibited.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on the Site (text, images, trademarks, logos, design, source code) belongs to LinkID or to third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
LinkID does not guarantee the availability, continuity, or error-free operation of the Site, and is not liable for damages arising from unavailability or access errors. LinkID is likewise not responsible for how a user uses the information published on their public profile page, which remains their sole responsibility.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from use of the Site will be submitted to the courts of the user's domicile when acting as a consumer, or to the courts of LinkID's domicile in any other case.
