LinkID Stand NFC stand for Google reviews on a counter

How it works

  1. Place it where customers pay

On the counter, next to the card reader, on tables or at the door: wherever customers already have their phone in hand.

  2. The customer taps their phone

Your business's Google review form opens instantly. Nothing to install, no searching for you on Maps.

  3. You decide where it goes

When you activate it you enter your business on Google. If that ever changes, you update it from your account without reprinting anything.

Three formats, the same result

All three open your business's review form. Choose based on where you'll put it.

Which one?

LinkID Stand
10 × 7.5 cm stand that sits upright. The most visible option on counters and reception desks.
LinkID Business
8.5 × 5.5 cm card. Leave it by the card reader, carry it with you or hand it over after a service.
LinkID Pad
Sticker for the counter, the table or the door. Takes up no space and doesn't move.

How to get more reviews without breaking Google's rules

Ask at the right moment

When they pay or right after the service, while the experience is fresh. A simple “would you leave us a review? Just tap your phone here” beats any poster.

Keep it in sight

Where customers already have their phone in hand: next to the card reader, on the table when the bill comes, or at the exit.

Ask everyone

Google doesn't allow asking only happy customers for reviews, or offering discounts or gifts in return. Asking everyone protects you and makes your rating credible.

Reply to reviews

Replying, to negative ones too, shows readers there's someone behind the business and encourages others to write.
