How it works

  1. Carry it with you

In your wallet, on your keys or on your wrist: wherever it always goes with you.

  2. Whoever helps you taps their phone

They instantly see who to call and your key details. No need to unlock your phone or install anything.

  3. You or your family keep it up to date

It's set up from an account, which can be a relative's. If your medication or number changes, it updates instantly.

Three formats to always have it on you

All of them open the same emergency profile. Choose based on how you'll carry it.

Which one?

LinkID Tag
4 × 3 cm tag with a ring. On your keys or backpack, for people who don't carry a wallet.
LinkID Card
8.5 × 5.5 cm card, the size of a credit card. It goes in your wallet, next to your ID.
LinkID Band
Silicone wristband you can wear all day. For work, or for someone who may become disoriented.

What whoever helps you sees

Who to call

A button that calls your family or emergency contact, with no number to search for or copy.

Your key medical details

Blood type, allergies, medical conditions and medication: what whoever treats you needs to know.

An alert if you're missing

If your family marks your profile as “missing” or “needs help”, an urgent notice appears right at the top.

Your work details

On the work profile, your company, role, insurer and company phone number, so the right people are told.

It works even when your phone can't

The information doesn't depend on your phone: whoever helps you sees it on theirs, even if yours is locked, out of battery or lost in the accident.
